Located 5 minutes outside Cold Lake South, in the MD of Bonnyville, you will see the side door leading you into the studio space we call Fairview House.  Welcome to our space.  We hope you enjoy your time with us.

Guests will enter through the private entrance where you will greet them in our open yet cozy foyer. This area features comfy furnishings that can be used as a waiting room, a breakout room for meetings or simply a space for your guests’ personal items.

We have a variety of chairs that you can set up in the Great Room space to best suit your needs.

Guest speakers can show their presentation on our 42" TV or use our projector to show their presentation on our feature wall in the Great Room that measures 21 feet wide.

Our Great Room space is perfect for hosting your next team meeting, training session or business retreat.

We have a variety of tables and chairs that can be easily moved. Break out into big or small groups or set up individual workstations

The main area can easily accommodate 10 people for your yoga or fitness classes. Class participants can leave their footwear, coats and other belongings in the main foyer.

The Great Room has full overhead lighting or turn the main lights off and make your space warm and inviting with the lamps that are available throughout the space.

The Great Room also features a full sized kitchen, including a fridge, microwave, stove and dishwasher.  You will also have use of the Keurig coffee maker and kettle. Fresh water is also available in our water dispenser.

Turn our Great Room into an intimate performance space. This could be a wonderful way to showcase your musical or theatrical talents.

Set up our large tables, wooden chairs, couch and small comfy chairs to create a warm and inviting space for your event. Whether you are looking for a nice space to host your bridal or baby showers, birthday parties or book club, we think we have Cold Lake and area's best gathering space!
