2. Send us the details and any information you would like us to know:

   • the date you are interested in

   • the time you would like to book the space (please CLICK HERE to see our time-slots)

   • a full description of what you are using our space for (e.g. business meeting, baby shower, yoga class, etc)

   • a telephone number and email address so we can follow up with you

   • Once we have determined that the space is available and will suit your needs, a contract will need to be signed and a damage deposit made before you receive your keys.

Please note:' We try our best to reply to inquiries within 24 hours. Once we receive your email, we will contact you if we have any questions and then send you our contract to review and sign. All bookings are subject to approval.

We have a full kitchen that includes:

1. Keurig coffee machine

2. electric kettle

3. full-sized fridge, access to freezer, double oven and dishwasher

4. white Corelle dishes to serve 20 - dinner plates, salad plates and bowls

5. coffee mugs to serve 20

6. 4 white, rectangular plastic fold up tables if you require more table space

We require all of our bookings to sign a contract and pay a damage deposit via etransfer.  

Our facility is not suited for parties with drinking because of liability and the noise restrictions due to the residential area in which we are located. This is why we are more suited to gatherings than parties. Mild, responsible drinking, like having a glass of wine with your dinner, is permitted with full responsibility resting on the part of the renter.
