Fairview House - a meeting place

Welcome to this extension of our home - a separate, intimate, comfortable place to meet for so many different occasions!

Years ago we built this addition onto our home to serve as a professional photography studio but now have turned it into a space for a multitude of uses. Whether you're in need of a bigger location for your family get togethers, you're a fitness instructor that would like a cozy, intimate space to host a yoga or pilates class or even a business looking for a place to host a meeting or an all day retreat, we have just the space for you!

With 1300 square feet and 11 foot ceilings to work with, the reasons for renting our space are endless.

Guests will enter through a private entrance where you will greet them in our beautiful open foyer. This area features comfy furnishings that can be used as a waiting room, a breakout room for meetings or simply a space for your guests' personal items.

Our second spacious room features large crank out windows and french doors which, when closed, allow this space to be a more private area if needed. 

The highlight of our space is the Great Room. This 900 square foot space features 11 foot ceilings, patio doors that can be open to the outdoors, large west-facing windows with an easy to use crank-out system for fresh air and stunning reclaimed barn board flooring throughout. This area also features a full-sized kitchen with all the amenities and a 2 piece bathroom.
